Upcoming PTA Events ~ We need volunteers!

April 25th - SPRING FLING: Volunteer for our annual Carnival. Shifts run between 1:30 - 7:00pm. Help with setup, supervise inflatables, assist students with games, work as a cashier, help with face painting/tattoos

May 2nd - FIELD DAY: Ms. William, our P.E. teacher, has asked for parent volunteers to assist students at various activity stations. Select a two hour shift between 8:00am - 12:00pm.

May 8th - KINDERGARTEN ROUNDUP: Volunteer from 3:30 - 4:30pm helping with setup and greeting families

May 9th - MORNING WITH MOM: Volunteer from 6:45 - 7:45am distributing donuts and signing in visitors to EJ

To volunteer:

1. Go to https://ptavenue.com/login.asp and enter Organization Code of "ejepta" under "Parents/Members/Students".

2. Click on "Volunteer" box.

3. Select your event from the drop down list and hit "Show Volunteer Needs" button.

4. Sign up for one of the areas and times listed by entering your name, email, phone and clicking "Sign Up" button.

5. Click "Exit" at the top right and you are done!
